Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Science and Technology Management, Corporate Finance, or a related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst, Operations Analyst, Trader, Associate, or a related occupation.

Alternate Education & Experience Requirement

• The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Science and Technology Management, Corporate Finance, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst, Operations Analyst, Trader, Associate, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• Advanced financial modeling including valuation analyses; Quantitative and financial analysis
• Advanced Corporate Accounting; Statistical skills including interpreting and using historical data to forecast performance, sensitivity and regression analyses, and variability, distributions and correlation for benchmarking and comps
• Valuation skills including discounted cash flow (free cash flow build, weighted average cost of capital, and terminal value methods), LBO modelling, and triangulating valuation across multiple methodologies; Managing complex projects
• CapIQ and FactSet; Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking; Mergers and Acquisition execution
• Microsoft Excel; FINRA Series 63 License; FINRA Series 79 License

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $275,000 to $280,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
