Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates within the construction and infrastructure space
Utilize Seek and other Australian recruitment platforms effectively
Maintain professional LinkedIn presence aligned with company brand
Execute candidate outreach and engagement strategies
Screen and evaluate potential candidates
Support recruitment processes for construction and infrastructure roles
Manage candidate relationships in the Australian market.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Australian recruitment market
Proficiency with Seek and Australian recruitment platforms
Strong understanding of the Sydney/Australian construction sector (preferred)
Professional communication skills
Experience with LinkedIn recruiting
Ability to work independently and show initiative
Experience with recruitment software and tools
Strong attention to detail and process adherence
