If you’re passionate about shaping the future of cybersecurity and ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a leader to drive our strategy for safeguarding sensitive information, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing our defenses against data exfiltration risks. In this role, you will serve as a recognized expert in Data Security, applying innovative solutions to complex challenges while providing technical leadership on high-impact projects and programs. You will provide expert guidance on best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance requirements. Additionally, you will include continuously monitoring and refining the DLP solutions to address emerging security threats and training internal teams. Beyond DLP, you will also contribute to the development of data encryption strategies, identity and access management (IAM) controls, and overall security architecture to safeguard sensitive information. You will work on incident response planning, vulnerability assessments, and identifying potential threats across the organization’s data landscape. Supporting regular audits, compliance reporting, and proactive risk management will also be key responsibilities of the role.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide DLP initiatives across endpoints, email, cloud, and network channels.

  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to define data security policies and standards.

  • Evaluate, design, and implement DLP solutions with a phased approach from Monitoring to Blocking.

  • Integrate DLP across on-prem, SaaS, IaaS, and hybrid cloud environments in partnership with cloud security and IT teams.

  • Leverage SIEM, SOAR, and UEBA tools to monitor, investigate, and respond to potential data security incidents.

  • Automate DLP response workflows and fine-tune rules to minimize false positives.

  • Support forensic investigations of data breaches and drive continuous improvements in detection and prevention.
