ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working within the Global Business Solutions team and very closely with the Project Management Office (PMO). You will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient intake, analysis and business value definition of enhancement requests and ideas. You will be responsible for managing the intake of the global project requests, evaluating the request and requirements, and working with business partners and technical business analysts to define the benefit and value to the requests.  This will include understanding the global business and translating singular requests across the departments and offices of Globus family of brands.  You must be able to envision success from end to end.   

Additionally, as a Senior Business Analyst you will be working daily with the global business analysts in technology to understand the impact requests have on departments and their workflow.  Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the smooth intake, evaluation, and implementation of projects. 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED 

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on business analysis, requirements gathering and design documentation.
• Experience in writing epics and features, and as well as high-level requirements translating business needs into the requirements of the project.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools (e.g., AzureDev Ops, Visio).
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate collaboration and communication across global time zones.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges. 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS PREFERRED 

• Travel industry experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent experience as a BA.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
