Job DetailsJob Location: Administrative Offices - Sacramento, CA 95827Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary/year

Train and supervise Administrators at CCH regarding regulatory requirements in upholding state agency and contract requirements.    


Train and supervise administrators regarding staff management including disciplinary/rewards/investigations (partnering with HR as needed).  


Oversee all performance reviews to ensure timely delivery by Administrators and Leads.   


Monitor all administrator schedules and ensure accurate supervision is maintained.  


Review and monitor programs adherence to program design.  


Biopsychosocial Assessment as part of intake within 7 days of resident admission at CCH. Conducted with the administrator.   


Review IBST, ISP, SIR, PRRs, Shared Information Reports prior to submission, ensuring timely submission   


Notice trends in SIRs/PRRs and collaborate with the QBMP to ensure trends are addressed. Partner with Senior Clinical Director (i.e. SCD)/Trainers in ensuring trainings are conducted by clinical staff in addressing trends per regulations.   


Oversee and ensure required trainings and CEUs and follow-up quizzes are conducted according to regulations within our residential programs (utilizing Relias or create as needed)   


Medication administration training, audits, quality assurance monitoring within the residential programs    


Attend Meetings with CCL, DDS, and Regional Centers as needed.  


Support to Administrator for educational rights and school placement referral upon intake, and as needed for IEP process    


Aggregate data in prep for audits and annual reporting (working with our CCH Administrators) to prep for the Alta quarterly QA and DDS 6-month audits   


Conduct planned and unplanned patient/client/personal record audits, communicating with the SCD when needed   


Prepare staff for QA interviews    


Create individualized monthly and 6-month restraint reports and submit them to Alta   


Fill in as Administrator during vacancies.   


Support hiring efforts as needed.  


Maintain RBT certification including PDUs, supervision trackers, and renewal.  

QualificationsQuality Control 

Ability to be detail oriented with few errors. Should be able to stay focused without being easily distracted. Checks own work for accuracy. Excellent organizational skills are required.

Communication that involves informing or seeking of approval should be submitted to the director(s) you support. Information that is of confidential nature is never to be discussed with others without the approval of the director(s).
