About the role

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. No holidays or weekends.

This role supports the IU Health medical leadership and advanced MS Suite skills are needed to support this team. 

Provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to executive leadership (EVP/SVP/President). Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares detailed travel arrangements, manages and processes invoices, expense approvals, etc. and handles inquires and other requests, as directed. Manages work with minimal guidance and direction. Anticipates and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. Assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, significant board documentation preparation/materials management, etc. Exercises strong independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s). 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required. 
• Requires 5-7+ years of relevant experience. 
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred. 
• Requires experience with Board of Director document preparation / materials management for top level executives. 
• Requires strong proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
• Requires progressive experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
