As an SAP Inventory to Deliver Support Specialist, you will be using your skills and expertise to provide technical support and guidance for our SAP inventory management solution and business processes.  This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and demonstrated experience of working with the SAP Inventory Management (IM) module.  In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and enhancing the SAP Inventory Management solution, inclusive of Master Data, Transactional, Reporting, and RICEFW.  This will include interacting with business and technical resources to resolve issues, identify enhancements, and implement changes in applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for SAP Inventory Management solution, including supporting a cross-functional team of business and IT to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors between SAP and MES solution

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Inventory Management issues in a timely manner, including working directly with business users on production support and bug-fixes

• Enhance existing SAP inventory management functionality to continue to improve and evolve the solution with agile releases of new functionality into production environment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solution capabilities

• Develop and execute testing plans for bug-fixes and new functionality to support change control processes

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on SAP inventory management functionalities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP inventory management trends and best practices

• Coordinate and collaborate across multi-discipline/multi-organizational teams to understand key aspects of various subsystems, safety/audit requirements, and operational requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience

• A minimum of 5 or more years of experience working as an SAP Support Specialist, with a focus on SAP Inventory Management. S/4HANA experience preferred.
