As the Associate Client Services, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to create and deliver all onboarding programs and materials, whilst leveraging client feedback to improve the onboarding process collaborating with leadership teams across departments.

The difference you’ll make:
Managing the portfolio of onboarding sessions from start to finish and the overall customer onboarding processes
Leading complex conversion activities related to a mix of complex institutional client relationships requiring the in-depth understanding of custody and accounting processing activities
Reviewing workflows and procedures to provide optimum client experience and appreciation of regulatory, compliance and risk environment.
Providing recommendations for onsite client support and training to assist with documentation, quality review and submission of documents
Tracking and maintaining all projects and documentation
Serving as the client’s project manager and liaison, internally during the onboarding process and special ongoing projects
Leveraging the client feedback to improve the onboarding process whilst collaborating with leadership teams across departments
What you’ll bring:
Previous experience in securities, financial services in either a client-facing or project management roles
Good understanding of financial Markets and Funds
It would also be nice for you to have:
Experience of managing client onboarding, offboarding
Analytic and problem solving and project management abilities
Additional Languages - French, German, Spanish, Italian
Must be a highly motivated candidate with the ability to work independently and in a highly fluid environment

This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston. Our current expectation is at least 3 days in the office every week.

Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
We put 8% of salary into your pension, even if you don’t contribute yourself. We’ll pay in up to 12.5% of salary, if you contribute as well, and you can take some of our contribution in cash if you prefer
27 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, which increases to 28 days after 5yrs service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
