Job Description
Aramark Destinations at Pikes Peak is seeking General Utility Workers to join our Flex Staff Program—a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work in a beautiful and fast-paced mountain environment.

 

Flex Staff support operations in Food & Beverage, Custodial, and Retail, helping ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming experience for all guests. This position is ideal for individuals who want flexibility and variety, while still playing a meaningful role on the mountain.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $17.74 to $17.74. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

• Multi-Departmental: Flex Staff may work in Food & Beverage, Custodial, or Retail, depending on interest, experience, and staffing needs
• Transportation Provided: All Flex Staff will meet at our office off Sinton Road and be transported to and from Pikes Peak in a company shuttle van or 4x4 SUV

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting food preparation, bussing, or concession operations
• Cleaning public areas, restrooms, and staff spaces
• Stocking merchandise, cashiering, and assisting guests in retail settings
• Contributing to a positive guest experience through friendly, helpful service
• Assisting across departments as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Experience: No prior experience required training provided
• Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
  • Comfortable working at elevations up to 14,115 feet in all weather conditions
• Other Requirements:
  • Must pass a background check
  • Willing to follow dress code and company policies
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
