Job DescriptionSr. Advisors for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Lead content creation by driving insights, research, and analytics projects around complex market dynamics using credit bureau data, including ideation, results analysis, final publication, and implications to lenders and consumers. Evaluate market dynamics and their impact on customer needs and translate those insights into actionable strategies and revenue-generating solution sets. Support the sales teams through consulting as an industry thought leader, helping clients identify and address emerging challenges and opportunities in the marketplace. Coordinate the development and execution of Advisory Boards for the Credit Card and Banking business consisting of senior leaders of lending and servicing organizations (Tier 1 customer) and provide insights and guidance on industry trends, research studies, and new product concepts. Technical Environment/skills: experience working with/at Credit Bureaus/Credit Reporting Agencies, experience working with credit bureau industry data (consisting of credit data of all credit active consumers) and knowledge of the solutions credit bureaus offer including pre-qualification solutions, acquisition and retention triggers, and propensity models, experience working with traditional and trended credit data to drive insights, experience working in the financial services industry (banking, consumer lending), experience conducting primary and secondary quantitative research and analysis, experience creating and presenting quarterly Financial Services Industry Insights Reports (banking, retail) and webinars.
Job Requirements
*Master’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related Social Science field (Sociology, Industrial Sociology, Psychology), or any related field plus 2 years of experience in research analytics required. Required skills: experience working with/at Credit Bureaus/Credit Reporting Agencies, experience working with credit bureau industry data (consisting of credit data of all credit active consumers) and knowledge of the solutions credit bureaus offer including pre-qualification solutions, acquisition and retention triggers, and propensity models, experience working with traditional and trended credit data to drive insights, experience working in the financial services industry (banking, consumer lending), experience conducting primary and secondary quantitative research and analysis, experience creating and presenting quarterly Financial Services Industry Insights Reports (banking, retail) and webinars. Telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related Social Science field (Sociology, Industrial Sociology, Psychology), or any related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in research analytics also acceptable).
