CNAs / Caregivers FT Floater for St Louis Metro Areas

This team is made up of highly experienced home care professionals that will care for new and existing clients in their homes in the North, Central and South St Louis City and County areas.

Job Summary:

The CNA or Caregiver Floater provides personal hygiene care, housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders, laundry, bed linen changes, companionship and a safe environment for clients. 

Full-time Floater Schedule:

Must be flexible & available from 7:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday through Friday, and every other weekend availability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

CNA preferred, but not required.

Must have a valid Driver's license, your own personal, reliable, vehicle and full coverage auto insurance.

Must be willing to do client transportation and errands.

Must be willing to work with pets or smokers in client homes.

Must be available for “On-Call” type shifts.

Must be experience with gait belts and Hoyer Lifts or have willingness to learn.

Two or more years paid work experience as an agency CNA or Caregiver, highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to participate in physical activity.

Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.

Moderate lifting.

Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
