As our People Operations Partner in Bangkok, you’ll own key employee lifecycle operations in the region and help land consistent global People processes locally. You’ll be the on-site go-to for operational People topics, with support and sparring from the wider People Experience team. </p> <h2>What will your day look like?</h2> <p>In this role, you’ll be at the center of the employee lifecycle in Bangkok, ensuring People processes are smooth, accurate and on time and that local requirements are handled correctly. You’ll partner closely with our Regional Operations Director – APAC and collaborate with the local VML Thailand team to get contracts, changes and employee processes executed. Your key tasks include: </p> <ul> <li>Coordinate recruitment efforts locally in close collaboration with hiring managers, talent acquisition and the local VML Thailand team </li> <li>Own and coordinate employee lifecycle operations (joiners, changes/movers, leavers) </li> <li>Coordinate contract signing and employment documentation with local partners (e.g., offer/contract, addendums for role/salary changes) </li> <li>Trigger and coordinate key local employee processes (e.g., probation review coordination with operations and local partners, ensuring local requirements are followed) </li> <li>Coordinate resignation/offboarding administration, including calculating end dates and ensuring required local resignation documentation is completed correctly </li> <li>Coordinate local employee documentation requests with local partners (e.g., employment certificates, payslips) </li> <li>Support coordination of local benefits administration with the local VML Thailand team </li> <li>Maintain HR system data quality and documentation compliance, ensuring accurate records and clean documentation practices </li> </ul> <p>This is a 1-year fixed-term position to star
