Are you ready to lead critical operations that power some of the most advanced aerospace programs in the world? We’re seeking a dynamic Associate Director, Operations Lead to drive excellence across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Cost initiatives for Sikorsky and Lockheed programs within our Environmental and Airframe Control Systems (EACS) business. In this high-impact, highly visible role, you'll own operational performance throughout the product life cycle—ensuring on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and readiness to meet demanding program requirements. As a key partner to the Value Stream Leader, you’ll bring strong leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams and deliver results that matter.

This is a hybrid position located either in Phoenix, AZ or Windsor Locks, CT. The candidate must be a commutable distance from either site.

What You Will Do

• Actively drives culture of Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and adherence to the Quality Cardinal Rules
• Provide guidance and leadership to the L5 Operations Lead for the Sikorsky and Lockheed programs as a dotted line supervisor
• Drive operational performance for the Sikorsky and Lockheed programs in meeting customer requirements
• Assess sub-tier capability to support production rate, and develop action plans where required
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, suppliers, and engineering to develop plans to achieve design to cost targets
• Drive rapid closure to issues as they arise, including quality, sub-tier and operational excellence issues
• Strong leadership and energetic participation in site-wide cost reduction activity at all levels
• Lead strategic initiatives in partnership with the Value Stream Leader
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in developing and delivering strong and effective communications at a senior level
• Experience in growing and developing talent and providing an engaging environment for all employees
• Experience managing teams, programs and projects to achieve business results
• Experience with SI&OP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) processes
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
