The Fraud Verification Agent will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential fraudulent activities on our platform. This role involves analyzing transactions, verifying customer information, and using advanced tools to detect suspicious activities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and experience in fraud prevention or related fields.Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze transactions flagged for potential fraud.
• Verify customer information through various methods (phone calls, emails, third-party tools).
• Identify and escalate high-risk transactions to the appropriate team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all verification processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and prevention techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service while handling fraud inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with fraud detection tools.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and payment processing systems.
• Familiarity with Looker Google Reporting tool
• Proficiency in Stripe Payment Platform

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in a remote or outsourced environment.
• Knowledge of the ecommerce industry and its common fraud risks.
• Previous experience with chargeback management and dispute resolution.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours, but must be available to work some US business hours.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays as needed.
