Where You Will Work:

The Georgia/Northwest Region NC Remote Clinical Triage Services department serves as a critical extension of Advocate Medical Group’s ambulatory care team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing support via telephone. Staffed by experienced Registered Nurses, our team provides timely clinical assessments using professional nursing judgment and Schmitt-Thompson protocols, symptom management guidance, and care coordination across a wide range of specialties and geographic areas.

Remote Triage RNs utilize multiple Advocate Health applications to support our patient population, ensuring that each individual receives the most appropriate level of care at the time of contact. This role plays a key part in enhancing access to care, reducing unnecessary emergency visits, and promoting continuity within the Advocate Health system. This position is designed for a quiet, confidential remote work environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. Ideal nursing candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability. This is a unique opportunity to practice 1:1 relationship-based high touch nursing in a model that redefines access, quality, and support.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Current certification in BLS is required.
• Must live in the following sates: GA, SC, NC

Position Details:

• No weekends or holidays.

• Standard work hours are Monday through Friday during daytime shifts.
