Toyota Bloomington Service Drive Concierge

The Service Greeter/Concierge is the first point of contact for all service guests and plays a key role in managing traffic flow, reducing wait times and delivering a positive first impression.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hr
• Full time schedule

 

Arrival, Drop-Off & Pick-Up Responsibilities

• Greet guests remaining in their vehicles during drive-up and drop-off
• Direct drop-off guests to the proper lane or advisor handoff point
• Greet walk-in guests entering from the lounge or exterior service doors
• Assist guests picking up their vehicles and direct them to the correct advisor or cashier
• Proactively acknowledge guests waiting for assistance during pick-up or payment
• Ensure no guest is overlooked regardless of entry point

Key Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to proper service lanes or parking areas
• Manage traffic flow during peak hours
• Confirm appointment status and identify walk-in guests
• Communicate wait times and next steps clearly
• Monitor guests to ensure timely assistance
• Escalate delays or concerns to leadership as needed

Performance Expectations

• Greet 100% of arriving, drop-off, and pick up guests
• Help connect guests with the appropriate advisor promptly
• Maintain smooth traffic flow during high-volume periods
• Represent the dealership professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high traffic environment
• Comfortable Standing and working outdoors when needed
• Reliable, organized, and Team-oriented
• Preferred: Dealership, concierge, hospitality, or service experience
