HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Assistant to support the President of HII-Mission Technologies and other senior executives. This critical role serves as a trusted partner, managing administrative functions, providing guidance, and contributing to the efficiency of the executive office. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with exceptional organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a track record of excellence in supporting high-level executives.
This is an important position on the leadership team, offering significant visibility and an opportunity to influence the overall effectiveness of the team. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and helping drive the key priorities of HII-Mission Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the President and senior leadership team, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, planning and execution.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the President and other executives, prioritizing competing demands with discretion.
- Supervise and mentor a team of administrative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the preparation of executive reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, project schedules, and statistical reporting as needed.
- Represent the organization on key administrative matters, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and confidentiality.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience; master’s degree with 8 years of experience; or High School Diploma/equivalent with 14 years of experience.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and exercise discretion regarding sensitive information.
- Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to supervise and develop a team.
- Expertise in administrative tools, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with senior executives across HII and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities seamlessly.
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as an understanding of government contracting or relevant industry experience, is a plus.
- Experience with budget management, project scheduling, and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with managing cross-functional projects or initiatives.
