The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Governance and Compliance Team, the Compliance Reporting and Data Analytics Associate Director will support the global Compliance function at DTCC. The candidate will be responsible for driving enhancements to the program through automation and application of industry-recognized practices and validating scenarios, rules and thresholds used within compliance monitoring tools for continuous improvement and optimization. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting to Management and Board Committees on compliance performance to support the organization’s adherence to its regulatory requirements, internal standards, and legal and regulatory compliance risk tolerance.  

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collection and quality assurance of management information reported in compliance management dashboards.  
  • Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and automated workflows using Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Lead efforts to enhance existing dashboards by optimizing queries, connections, and models to improve performance. 
  • Create interactive reports and use visualizations to improve executive decision making. 
  • Function as an SME on business intelligence tools by engaging with stakeholders to document business requirements, troubleshoot errors, and deliver solutions under limited supervision. 
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing compliance program enhancement using automation, AI, and advanced predictive analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience 
  • Bachelor's degree required 

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Experience developing advanced management dashboards and tools using business intelligence tools (Power BI, Power Automate, and/or Tableau) required 
  • Strong knowledge of SQL or DAX, data analysis, and advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) capabilities  
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail required  
  • Background in the financial services industry preferred
