The Sr. Manager, Product Integration Position
Sunnova Energy is searching for Sr. Manager, Product Integration to be responsible for enhancing the organization’s ability to meet objectives through the development and implementation of new products and services for Sunnova’s Operations and Maintenance department. The Manager will serve as the strategic product and service representative collaborating with key stakeholders to implement change specific to new product and new market launches.

Sr. Manager, Product Integration Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the roll-out and integration of new products and services with the operations and maintenance service function
  • Works cross functionally across the organization to ensure new products and services are created with an emphasis on service experience
  • Drives product integration including documenting requirements and submitting project/ user story requests
  • Leads and collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze project initiatives; ensure project alignment with business strategies and goals; obtain buy-in on project prioritization and ensure accountability for the project roadmap
  • Develops/maintains product expertise across product suite and technologies
  • Maintains and creates process documentation and flows
  • Helps enable training department with expertise on processes for all documentation and FAQs for new products released into the organization
  • Manages risks by identifying project risks and opportunities, monitoring closure of all identified risks and opportunities as well as maintaining the risk management focus throughout the project duration
  • Results-oriented and pro-active; Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in Operations Management or Project Management with at least 5 years of supervisory/manager experience with one or more reports
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude with a high degree of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or PMP certified
  • Advanced and highly skilled in Excel, Tableau, VBA, and SQL

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to assess metric outcomes on a relative basis and create sound recommendations based on accurate data evaluation.
  • Ability to thoughtfully exercise judgment to improve processes and advance the reporting outputs for the team.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
