We are looking for a Lead UX Researcher to join the User Experience team at epocrates, the #1 medical reference and point of care app in the country.

Mission/Team  
In this role, the Lead UX Researcher will work closely with our Membership & Monetization teams to help design key experiences in the user lifecycle from initial product awareness, to onboarding, and long-term retention.  

• They are a deep and insightful thinker who brings a strategic perspective and strong point of view to their work. 

• They are an engaging presenter, communicator, and influencer, able to craft strong and compelling narratives that guide decision making at every step of product development. 

• They bring a strategic lens to contextualize their work within larger goals and initiatives. 

• They are comfortable with traditional UX research methods but are also keen to experiment with new and innovative approaches. 

• They are committed to putting the user first and to being the user’s best advocate within the organization. 

• They have a growth and learning-oriented mindset, actively working to develop their own skills and elevate the team. 

• They have a deep interest in the medical domain and the specific needs of clinicians.  

• They have experience collaborating with subject matter experts within the medical or comparable complex domains. 

• They have experience and interest in commercial product spaces (ads/sponsored content)
