As a CDL Driver with Colony Hardware, you will be the backbone of our company who make our mission to provide top quality products to commercial contractors and industrial accounts come alive. To do this, you will utilize your eagerness to do what’s expected to ensure that our customers are getting what they need, when they need it!

Vehicles you Will Operate (All Automatic Transmission):

Schedule:
- 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday
- No overnights, home every night!
- From day to day, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of merchandise in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- You will load your truck (typically a flatbed truck) via forklift or by hand and secure it with strapping to ensure safe delivery to customer jobsites.
- You will safely operate a truck-mounted forklift to load/unload building materials such as rebar, lumber, and wire mesh.
- Operating with a strong attention to detail, you will perform your pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle, equipment, paperwork and loaded product to ensure your safety.
- You will check in frequently with the customer to announce arrival, collect payments from customers, and ensure all signatures are received.
- You will assist in the warehouse as needed and perform additional duties as required.
Vehicles you Will Operate (All Automatic Transmission):
- 2023 Ram 2500 pick-up truck
- 2022 Freightliner M2 moffett truck with flatbed
- 2024 Freightliner Cascadia Tractor-Trailer 48'/53' flatbed
- A minimum of 3+ years of prior driving experience and deliveries.
- Experience driving flatbeds with moffett or piggyback experience.
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver’s license with a sustained record of safe driving.
- A Commercial Driver’s License A or B.
- Ability to lift up to 90 lbs unassisted.
