People Experience Program Manager

The RVO Health People Experience Team is looking to expand by bringing a new People Experience Program Manager! We are looking to hire someone to help us accomplish many short-term and long-term goals, specifically on the People Experience team and as a result, drive impact on RVO Health.

The RVO Health portfolio helps nearly 100 million people a month seek health information, find doctors, save money, and effectively manage their health and well-being. We are looking for an experienced People Experience Partner to join our People Experience team. This role will span across all People Experience functions but focus on managing our L&D program and our performance and talent management tool, Culture Amp. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Manage the rollout of our new performance management and engagement tool, Culture Amp. 
• Train the organization on Culture Amp features, and ensure successful implementation of the tool
• Partner with our internal communications team and brand team to create the necessary collateral to support a successful roll-out of Culture Amp
• Act as a Culture Amp resource for employees, helping them troubleshoot issues and resolve problems 
• Stay up to date on new Culture Amp features and products
• Manage our L&D program at RVO Health
• Work with business leaders and the HRBP team to understand the business strategy and key learning and development needs.
• Prioritize and provide L&D recommendations based on organizational needs 
• Work with RVO Health’s Legal team to update compliance training and manage compliance reporting 
• Survey learners and analyze learner feedback and other data to continually improve L&D offerings 
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on new hire onboarding 
• Partner with the People Experience team on performance management, talent management, DEIB, and employee engagement. 

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years in the human resources or learning and development environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
• Experience working in Culture Amp is preferred 
• Experience partnering with and/or working in Learning and Development 
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to interpret information to make recommendations; formulate L&D strategies within the context 
• Has experience leading employee training 
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and follow through

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $100,000-$115,000*
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
