The Early Talent (ET) team bridges campus hiring and global talent acquisition and showcases Labcorp’s internships opportunities. This team is responsible for building university partnerships, branding and representing Labcorp on a variety of campuses, and hiring diversified, talented employees as a global strategic initiative to drive innovation across the enterprise, integrating early-career talent into Labcorp’s future workforce pipeline.
Early Talent Intern Role
In this role, you will support all aspects of the Early Talent recruitment lifecycle by partnering closely with our Early Talent recruiting team, TA, 2025 global intern cohort, and the broader HR function to understand the talent market, analyze metrics, elevate communications, utilize recruitment marketing, build new partnerships, and contribute to creating talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist with the recruitment process analysis, including strategy development, identifying new relationship opportunities, program management, candidate outreach, social media, metrics, employment branding and more.
- Coordinate, event plan and provide support for virtual recruiting events and interviews.
- Build Labcorp’s pipeline of top talent from diverse backgrounds to support our mission to build a diverse and inclusive population and work culture.
- Collaborate on Global Internship program management and develop Labcorp Intern newsletter highlighting range of departments, employee resource groups & other topics
- Develop and maintain reporting and metrics for candidate pipelines and recruiting programs
This is an excellent opportunity to develop a wide variety of skills including recruiting, program management, event planning, marketing, analytics, and communication.
Education/Desired Skillset
- Event planning, social media, employment branding, marketing and/or management skills
- Strong organization skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
- Ability to work in an exciting creative environment and respond to adapt to new requests and scenarios with ease
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in majors such as but not limited to: Business, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology
- Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership
