HR Generalist III FT Days Position Summary:
Advises and assists management and employees on employee issues and concerns through communication, interpreting, and recommending appropriate use of human resources policies and procedures, services and programs offered by the facility. Leads associate engagement and organizational development initiatives.
HR Generalist III FT Days Responsibilities:
Manages assigned programs; investigates employee relations issues; advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies and effective HR practice; performs special projects as assigned.
Assists management with complex employee and labor relations issues.
Collects and analyzes human resources data and prepares recommendations for management.
Serves as a senior level business partner for the development and implementation of human resources program to include organizational development (e.g., new hire orientation, employee recognition events), succession planning, recruiting and talent development, and performance management programs/processes.
Develops and maintains programs and procedures, drafting supporting policies. Participates in planning and I mplementing quality improvement as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. Assists HR leadership in review and update of department functions and procedure revisions.
Educates management and associates on HR policies, processes and practices to ensure effective execution and compliance.
THE HR GENERALIST III FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION
Preferred: Relevant HR Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP or SCP)
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: 3 years professional level human resources experience.
Preferred: 3 years professional experience in labor/employee relations and/or organizational development.
