About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to help teams and leaders do their best work—together. In this role, you will shape how agile principles scale across the enterprise, helping teams grow in maturity, confidence, and outcomes. As a trusted advisor within the Agile Center of Enablement (ACoE), you will combine thought leadership with hands-on coaching to remove barriers, strengthen delivery, and accelerate business value. We are ambitious in our goals and compassionate in how we achieve them, and we are looking for an agile expert who shares that mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Advance agile maturity at scale by assessing current team practices, identifying gaps, and designing clear improvement plans that increase predictability, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.
  • Coach and enable key agile roles—including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Experience Owners, Solution Train Engineers, and Group Owners—so they can confidently lead high‑performing teams.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and executives, providing guidance on complex, cross‑organizational challenges that impact agile adoption and enterprise delivery.
  • Own and evolve agile standards and assets, including process libraries, maturity assessments, training content, and best‑practice documentation for enterprise reuse.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences, such as agile boot camps, SAFe training, Communities of Practice, and speaker series that build shared capability across teams.
  • Drive insight through metrics, supporting the identification, collection, and reporting of agile measures that inform decisions and demonstrate progress.
  • Remove barriers to scaling agile, proactively identifying systemic challenges and partnering across functions to resolve them.
  • Strengthen alignment and transparency by organizing and participating in agile events such as demos, retrospectives, Inspect & Adapt sessions, and leadership presentations.
  • Act as a servant leader within the ACoE, contributing to the product backlog, influencing priorities, and ensuring work delivers meaningful business value.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working in agile environments, including hands‑on agile coaching across multiple teams.
  • Experience supporting or leading an Agile Center of Enablement (ACoE) or similar enterprise agile function.
  • Deep knowledge of agile and scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their practical application in large, complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to coach at multiple levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience delivering presentations and leading change with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and serve as a trusted advisor on complex, high‑impact initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing and managing agile training programs, including SAFe certifications.
  • Experience building and sustaining Communities of Practice across an enterprise.
  • Background in defining and using agile metrics to guide continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (degree preferred, not required).
