Position Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides individualized nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities include:



Administer medications and treatments


Monitor and document patient conditions


Assist with assessments and daily patient care


Maintain accurate medical documentation


Collaborate with providers and healthcare staff


Follow established nursing standards and correctional healthcare protocols




Qualifications



Current, unrestricted LPN license


Current CPR certification


Ability to pass a thorough background check
