Associate Relationship Manager

Our partner is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager in El Segundo, CA.

The Associate Relationship Manager at Epic Special Education Staffing will be responsible for fostering connections with working contractors and school districts, ensuring their empowerment and support.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain working relationships with clients and placed resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contractors and clients within the book of business.
- Mediate between clients and contractors in cases of unmet expectations, creating clear action plans with measurable results.
- Visit contractors and clients at their sites when feasible.
- Collaborate with internal division resources, including recruitment, account management, business development, payroll, and benefits.
- Utilize SalesForce for logging calls, events, follow-ups, and managing daily workload through dashboards and reports.
- Work on contractor renewals and assess clients' interest in extending active contracts.

Requirements

- Two years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or relationship-focused disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at business and individual levels.
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to company needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required.
