Opportunity for CRNA to join care team model at nonprofit Christiana Care, Union Hospital based in Elkton, MD. Licensed for 75 beds, this innovative facility combines the latest technology and a supportive atmosphere to offer advanced, effective care for treating and preventing disease. Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: 8's and 10's
• General surgery, urology, and endo
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Salary: $210K annually
