About the role

 

  • We are hiring immediately for a full time DATA ADMIN SPECIALIST position.
  • Location: Canteen - 100 North Pendleton Street, High Point, NC 27260. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday. 4:30 am - 1:00 pm. Further details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous experience in an administrative, operations, warehouse, retail, or support role preferred.
  • Pay Range:  $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.
  • Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Opening Route Manager with the daily opening process
    • Perform data-focused tasks related to SKU outs, Poor Volume Vendors, Over/Short, and spoilage
    • Document and communicate any issues encountered at opening to the team
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee different Canteen systems
  • Maintain corporate-level compliances
  • Interact with drivers on a daily basis, monitoring the product they return and aiding with their concerns
  • Report to and work with the Field Support Analyst to optimize operational performance
  • Analyze and compile data, and recommend solutions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable communicating and working with other departments
  • Adaptable and flexible to daily variability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Interest in accomplishing abstract tasks
  • Thriving experience in a fluctuating work environment
