SR. OPERATIONS MANAGER
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Oversee the daily activities of warehouse employees engaged in all distribution center activities including shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking, and packing finished products. Responsible for identifying space requirements and coordinating needs for storage with delivery and distribution schedules to achieve distribution center goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties also include maintenance of equipment and ensuring a safe work environment, and to suggest procedure changes for increased efficiency

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-3 years
Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know:
Associate’s degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Generally six years of progressive experience with one year of supervisory experience* Strong organization and communication skills
