Job Description

The Financial Analyst will support Finance Management (Director of Finance, VP of Finance and the CFO) and will work closely with the business to provide financial support.

• Excellent financial modeling skills required
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and report monthly on the budget/forecast vs. actual process
• Assist in managing the balance sheet and cash flow forecast
• Create insightful reporting and analytics, KPI’s and measurements
• Report on the ROI of key investments
• Assist it the development of budgeting tools and key schedules to improve the collaboration on the budgeting process
• Assist in the development of cost center, profit center and project profitability
• Partner with accounting team to ensure good collaboration and budget knowledge across the organization
• Support key business leaders with financial reporting and analysis, specifically the RCR business
• Facilitating the evolution and maturation of the operating practices of entire CFO organization, including department meeting rituals, goal setting and priority tracking
• Support M&A activity and due diligence as required

The salary range for this role is 126k to 140k.

Qualifications

• BS Business-Finance
• MBA preferred
• 5 years + of experience preparing financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Net Suite/Adaptive planning experience
• Ability to create fresh perspectives and enjoyable interactions, and a personality that thrives in a less structured and dynamic environment
• Key Relationships: CFO, VP of Finance, Director of Finance, Controller, Business leaders, ELT
