Description

• Supervise team members in all aspects of plumbing installation and testing, actively working alongside them as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with key internal and external personnel to establish production and schedule expectations.
• Lead plumbers by example, ensuring work is conducted to the highest standards.
• Order materials and supplies promptly to support the team's needs.
• Conduct inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Ensure plumbing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain a professional and productive workplace environment.
• Manage problems and resolve conflicts while fostering a strong, team-driven environment.
• Actively seek opportunities for success and improvement in project execution.
• Participate in an active and engaged leadership team as a leader in plumbing operations.
• Provide regular status updates and progress reports to superintendents and project managers.
• Ensure team members receive appropriate training tailored to their skill levels.

Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
• 6-10 years of relevant Supervising/Management experience
• Able to pass Criminal Background Check
• Driver's license and a clean Driving Record
• Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
