JOB SUMMARY:
Understanding shop floor processes using SAP system and interdepartmental documents to plan,
schedule, and control a variety of issues, situations, or requirements while completing assigned work area
activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Performs a variety of coordination activities while analyzing shop orders, production
management and/or SAP system order information, to assure schedule compliance
within assigned area.
II. Dispatches warehouse orders and facilitates order fulfillment to satisfy customer
demand.
III. Maintains data integrity and order queue required to support scheduling.
IV. Manages daily incoming kit fill carts and sub assembly queues to support warehouse
work load scheduling.
V. Analyzes customer material requirements and prioritizes daily work schedule
accordingly.
VI. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and change
VII. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
VIII. Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy along with the ability to stand firm when
necessary
IX. Must have strong written and oral communication skills

EDUCATION:
• High school graduate or GED required.
• Some college preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 6 months’ relative experience preferred
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
• Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy along with the ability to stand firm when
necessary
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• SAP planning experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Aircraft experience related to expediting and scheduling highly preferred
