ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, seeks a highly qualified candidate to serve as Program Support Specialist based in Tbilisi. The successful candidate will possess a university-level degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field. An advanced degree in Public Health or Medicine is considered an asset. A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in medical or social service delivery, project management, or project implementation is required.
The Program Support Specialist is responsible for the coordination, planning, and implementation of ICAP’s GHS activities in Georgia. Responsibilities include facilitating communication with stakeholders, contributing to workplans and evaluations, organizing capacity-building activities, and addressing barriers to healthcare delivery. The role also involves monitoring project progress, preparing reports, ensuring effective data sharing, and supporting data collection and analysis for assessments.
The position is contingent upon availability of grant funding.
