About the Role
The US Marketplace team is looking for a motivated and hands-on Manager to join the Strategy & Operations User Growth team. You will collaborate closely with DoorDash’s product, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to drive growth, focusing on monthly active users. You’ll have the opportunity to help define new bets, incubate 0-1 experiments, and execute on a roadmap to drive growth through both new and resurrected customers.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Build & Own. You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash’s next big business. You’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
- Strategize. From first principles, you’ll develop the optimal strategy for best serving our customers.
- Experiment. You’ll transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes, informing your larger initiative implementation plans.
- Analyze. You’ll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data.
- Lead and collaborate. You’ll work with a cross-functional team, including marketing, design, product, and operations to build this new line of business for DoorDash.
We're excited about you because…
- You have 6+ years of experience in a problem solving role - Consulting, Tech, Banking, etc.
- You’re highly analytical. You’re a data-driven problem solver, and are comfortable running analysis and manipulating data in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL experience is strongly preferred
- You’re collaborative. You have experience partnering cross-functionally to drive results, and enjoy building relationships across teams
- You’re able to think at the lowest level of detail while seeing the big picture. You get to the lowest level of detail, but are equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and thinking long-term
- You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree.
