Living Innovations is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic DSP Team Leader to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our community support program out of our Saco office. DSP Team Leaders split their time between providing top-tier direct support to individuals in their region and also providing service oversight and direction to other DSPs. The ideal candidate would come with a passion for providing care and a desire to find new and exciting community-based activities for our individuals.

What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Oversee the development and implementation service plans
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of program participants
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centered environment
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
• Assist with planning and leading of individual and group activities

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional
• A patient, caring, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
