This position will be responsible for leading a team that executes cycle count and reconciliation administration activities. They will lead priorities, address challenges, and reinforce compliance standards related to physical inventory counts. Also, this position must collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting. It will engage in cross-functional meetings to align inventory administration with broader commercial and operational strategies. Lastly, it will prepare executive-level summaries of reconciliation outcomes, highlighting risks, and recommending corrective actions. This role will lead and oversee a team of Sales Operations professionals responsible for Core Spine and Tissue cycle count administration and reconciliation processes. This role ensures operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement across inventory and sales support functions.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and develop a Sales Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality execution of cycle count administration and reconciliation activities.
- Oversee Core Spine and Tissue inventory cycle count processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain standardized reconciliation procedures to support financial integrity and audit readiness.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to resolve discrepancies, improve reporting accuracy, and support business decision-making.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics, automation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of program or people managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of program or people managerial experience.
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree
- 5 years health care experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver tough messages aimed at enabling the sales management team and RTG to succeed
- Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data
- Solid business acumen
