Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for staff on a regular basis.

Turbines Purchase Software Management: Oversee and maintain our turbines purchase software, ensuring all purchases are tracked and processed efficiently.

Monday.com Software Management: Manage and update our Monday.com project management software to support team workflows.

Supply Ordering: Handle some ordering of supplies and materials as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Shop Project Manager, Shop Manager, and Head of HR to support daily operations and special projects.
Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in an office, production, or shop environment.

Experience working in the creative industry (entertainment, events, themed attractions, live production, or similar) is required.

Proven ability to process payroll, manage purchasing software, and utilize project management tools (such as Monday.com or similar platforms).

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating with diverse creative and operational teams.

Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.

Ability to handle supply orders and administrative support with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to support special projects and adapt to the evolving needs of a creative shop environment.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment and events industry.

Candidates with additional shop or entertainment production skills may be considered for extra hours.
