Hillview Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at our Long-Term Care Campus. This professional nursing position plays a key role in resident care, team leadership, and upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Overview
FLSA: Non-Exempt. This is a professional nursing position at the Long-Term Care Campuses of La Crosse County. Employees are selected by, and work under the general supervision of the Director of Nursing Services. Employees in this class are responsible for implementation, supervision and evaluation of resident care and management of the Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Technicians and Nursing Assistants on a particular shift or living area.
Location: Hillview Health Care Center, La Crosse, WI
Shifts available:
• AM Shift | 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM | Every other weekend & holiday rotation
• PM Shift | 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM | Every other weekend & holiday rotation
Pay scale:
• $36.08 to $40.54 per hour (DOE)
• Shift & weekend differentials
• Annual step progression
Status: Irregular Part-Time (less than 40 hours per pay period)

Essential Job Functions
Provides care within the provisions of the Nurse Practice Act. Provides direct nursing care including administering medications and treatments. [1]
Supervises all nursing activities on assigned living area. [1]
Evaluates and determines resident needs and initiates and revises the resident care plan. Contributes to the multidisciplinary resident care planning. [2]
