Production Operator - Atlanta, GA

M-F 10am-6:30pm

 

This is an Entry Level Production Operator position who’s responsible for producing high quality inks for our customers while maintaining a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Operate various machinery throughout the site following proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Review batch tickets to assure understanding of the production to be manufactured
• Enter raw materials in the sequence designated
• Provide samples to the Quality Control (QC) lab for inspection
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support a positive work environment and achieve production goals
• Willing to train right candidate to progress to next operator level.

 

Education & Experience:

 

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Repeatedly able to lift 45 lbs.
• Working and standing for long periods of time
• Certified to operate Stand Up Forklift

 

Preferred:

 

• 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
