<p></p> <p>The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is responsible for protocol modifications on skill programs and behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for children with autism spectrum disorder. This role serves as the bridge between treatment plans and direct implementation, ensuring all interventions meet specified clinical standards and achieve meaningful outcomes for our clients.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefit Information:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>$58,000-$73,000/year</strong>&nbsp;</li> <li>Medical/dental/vision insurance &nbsp;</li> <li>401(k) with company matching &nbsp;</li> <li>Tenure-based PTO that grows with you &nbsp;</li> <li>Life and disability insurance &nbsp;</li> <li>Employee referral program &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Conduct Protocol modification on&nbsp;individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, or community settings&nbsp;</li> <li>Collect and analyze behavioral data to track client progress&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct skill assessments and functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision&nbsp;</li> <li>Implement behavior management strategies and skill acquisition programs&nbsp;</li> <li>Train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering high-quality interventions&nbsp;</li> <li>Document client progress and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;session notes&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in treatment planning meetings and provide input on client programming&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;with parent training and support&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices in autism treatment&nbsp;</li> <li>Uphold ethical and professional standards&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;industry regulations&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a&nbsp;Bachelor’s&nbsp;degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work, behavior analysis)&nbsp;</li> <li>Current BCaBA certification, or requiring only 100 hours of fieldwork to test</li> <li&
