Role Purpose:
This position is responsible for installing, trouble shooting, repairing and making modifications to equipment and plant facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and rectify machine, facility and process difficulties
- Complete machine Preventative Maintenance Program duties as scheduled
- Follow all safety policies and working practices
- Maintain documentation of technical reference material
- Other duties as directed
- This position requires infrequent daily and/or weekly overtime
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or current Journeyman or Plant Electrician License
- Two years related experience
- Or combination of education and experience equivalent to above
- Certificates desired are Master Electrician License
- and or City Electricians license
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
