The Work You Will Do:

Administrative Secretary/District One/Transportation Support Office/Facilities Management

 

This position will Monitor and manage FCO budgets and expenditures, processes contract payments, and handles related data entry and reporting. Obtains quotes and purchases equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate records and inventory updates. Provides administrative support to facilities staff, schedules meetings, and operates standard office equipment. Coordinates contractor performance feedback maintains as built plans and drives a department vehicle for work-related tasks. Assists with invoice reconciliation and supports the Facilities Operations Office Manager as needed.
