That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
In short, we’re looking for an Assistant Director of Marketing Analytics – Nurture to lead our efforts in optimizing lead-to-sale conversion through customer communications. This role will focus on analyzing and improving performance across email, SMS, outbound calls, and retail sales interactions.
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing measurement strategies that connect CRM and marketing data to drive conversion and customer engagement. You’ll lead a team of analysts and collaborate with marketing strategists, sales leaders, and BI teams to deliver insights and drive performance.
In long, the Assistant Director of Marketing Analytics is responsible for:
Redesigning customer communications across email, phone, SMS, and retail sales to improve engagement and conversion.
Leading A/B testing initiatives to evaluate and optimize customer communication strategies.
Measuring conversion performance across email, SMS, outbound calls, and retail sales.
Collaborating with marketing, sales, and support teams to optimize customer journeys.
Managing and mentoring a team of analysts focused on nurture analytics.
Serving as a thought leader in nurture analytics and measurement strategy.
So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?
Email, Call Center, and Retail Analytics Expertise. You’ve worked with data from multiple customer touchpoints and know how to turn it into actionable insights.
Killer analytical and reporting abilities. You can analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly.
Management material. We are looking for someone that can lead, manage and grow within our organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.
