Research Project Interviewer - Part-time

With supervision, the project interviewer will conduct in-person interviews with research participants of all ages within the facility, and complete administrative tasks. The Interviewer reports directly to the Facility Supervisor, Facility Manager, and/or Facility Director. This is a non-exempt position, making $16 per hour.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend client onsite training to complete study certification.
- Greeting participants, and external clients, maintaining a friendly, but professional rapport with both.
- Administer questionnaires, consents, and other documents as written.
- Complete the programmed interview on the provided computer, following software proms as directed.
- Follow directions and review completed material for errors and incomplete information.
- Clean and disinfect space as directed.
- Light lifting as needed (assist with moving chairs, tables, etc.) based on the client's specifications.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
During Research:
Upon your arrival:
- Meet with the Supervisor to ensure to prepare for shift requirements.
- Introduce yourself to clients and participants as the interviewer.
- Administer interviews with participants
- Double-check all paperwork, including consent and other study documents to make sure they are filled out properly.
- Make sure to pay attention to their respective rooms, disinfecting and cleaning space as directed.
- Communicate with your Manager or Supervisor if you have any questions or issues.
- Conduct reminder calls to participants as directed.
Upon Closing:
- Check all paperwork and organize it into the project folder
- Scan/Upload the client paperwork to the HUB
- Close project programs as directed
- Ensure rooms are ready for the next day, by completing the CSR checklists, as required
- Ensure that all printing is ready for the next day.
- Send out a detailed nightly report.

Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus.
Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literate.
