WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for a Sales Development Representative to assist and support our Retail Sales Team. This position will report to the EVP, Retail Lending and will be expected to be proficient in excel reporting, and managing data integrity and quality within our CRM platform. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who wants to share their reporting and data management experience, while expanding their overall exposure to Sales, Sales Management, Marketing and Lead Generation responsibilities. The right candidate will have the necessary experience and dedication to be detailed in their work and able to quickly and efficiently work through large data sheets in excel and Encompass. This position will be responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting and projects as needed and will be encouraged to recommend new ideas and innovations. Candidate will either be licensed or will obtain their NMLS within the first 6 months of employment in order to get involved with loan level initiatives. We’re looking for a strong team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

What you will do:

• Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting related to Loan Officer metrics
• Manage Loan Officer Comp formulas and work directly with Comp team on comp validations
• Work with Marketing to optimize LO CRM usage
• Support Marketing and onboarding team with ensuring new hire LO’s get up to speed quickly and efficiently
• Provide Loan Officer support from loan level to navigating the Bank resources
• Analyze information, recognizing and anticipating problems and opportunities
• Work on ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
• Provide back-up support to team members

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $66,149.00 - $77,822.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
