About the role
Location: Remote
Hours: 40 hours/week, full-time, M-F 9:00 am-5:30 pm- Preference: CT, MT, PT Time zone
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to manage provider onboarding, offboarding, and transfers in accordance with required state regulations and Workit Health’s established processes
- Organize and facilitate collaborative relationships between providers and collaborating physicians
- Identify gaps in clinical staff affairs processes and design process improvements in partnership with clinic leadership to implementation
- Organize and lead the clinical template cycle, collaborating closely with clinical leadership
- Identify pain points in clinical operations workflows and implement new processes
- Establish mechanisms for regularly auditing clinical schedules to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clinical template fidelity across multiple platforms
- Build clinical templates and update schedules
- Lead the clinical Note Audit workflow
- Bachelor's Level Degree preferred
- Clinical Operations/Medical Staff/Clinical Staff Affairs experience – 1 year minimum
- Experience creating provider templates
- Experience developing clinical operations workflows
- Experience/knowledge of differences in healthcare credential requirements (PAs, NPs, MD, DOs, LCSW, etc).
- Strong collaborative leadership skills
- Process-driven: the ability to establish and communicate new systems
- Results-oriented with strong organizational & interpersonal skills
- Ability to function independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Recent and proven success in the healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or addiction treatment industries preferred
- Experience in a high-intensity, dynamic environment such as a startup or consulting
- Proficiency or mastery of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams: credentialing, RCM, marketing
- Experience working with healthcare providers or alongside clinical teams
- Experience attention to detail, confidentiality, and knowledge of provider regulations
- Experience working on a fully distributed/remote team
