<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Title: Project Finance / Private Credit Attorney (NY / Chicago)</strong></p> <p><strong>Entity: Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC</strong></p> <p><strong>Employment Type: Full-time</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: New York, NY or Chicago, Illinois&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Summary/Overview:</u></strong></p> <p><strong>KBRA</strong>&nbsp;(Kroll Bond Ratings Agency, LLC) is seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Attorney</strong>&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;<strong>Ratings Legal</strong>&nbsp;team in support of one or more teams working on project finance and structured-corporate transactions globally.&nbsp; This position can be located in either the&nbsp;<strong>New York</strong>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<strong>Chicago&nbsp;</strong>office.</p> <p><u><strong>About the Job:</strong></u></p> <p>You will play an important role in the rating process, working primarily with KBRA’s Project Finance and Corporates ratings teams on a wide range of structured debt transactions. Key responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Reviewing project and financing documents</li> <li>Identifying the potential credit impact of transaction structures and deal documents</li> <li>Coordinating with rating analysts on relevant legal issues</li> <li>Participating in due diligence meetings</li> <li>Participating in rating committees</li> <li>Supporting the analytical team with the preparation of KBRA’s market-leading rating and research reports</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About the Team:</strong></span></p> <p>Unique among rating agencies, the attorneys of KBRA’s Ratings Legal team work alongside ratings analysts to identify, evaluate, and articulate key legal and credit features and risks in transaction structures. As integral members of the credit ratings groups they support, they contribute to research reports and methodology development and engage in investor outreach.
