Senior Graphic Designer

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Calgary Time, MST 

Responsibilities

• Develop mock-ups and design prototypes for website landing pages using Figma.
  
• Create custom graphics and illustrations for social media templates.
  
• Develop the company’s brand identity including logo redesigns, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
  
• Create compelling custom-designed presentations and sales materials.
  
• Willingness to understand the target audience, marketing strategy, and tailor designs accordingly.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in graphic design.
  
• Design and produce advertising digital and print collateral.
  
• Ensure consistency in designs across all marketing channels.
  

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing. 
  
• Provide a portfolio or sample of previous graphic design work.
  
• Proficiency using Figma for online design mock-ups.
  
• Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, LightRoom).
  
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience

• Experience in digital photography and website design.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
