Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u><br>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner</li> <li>Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary</li> <li>Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles</li> <li>Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival</li> <li>Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures</li> <li>Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior</li> <li>Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms</li> <li>Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks</li> <li>Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited i
